Robert A. Green is the Undergraduate Coordinator in the Bagley College of Engineeirng at Mississippi State University and is also a Captain in the US Navy Reserve. He holds a B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies, and a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration.
